I created the Healthy Green Habits Challenge to help people like you (and me!) build habits that actually last. This free monthly challenge is all about flexibility, accountability, and momentum.
Every month, you’ll choose your own goals from each of the three core wellness pillars:
🏃♀️ Movement (like walking, mobility, resistance training)
🧠 Mindset (like breathwork, gratitude, journaling)
🥗 Nutrition (like hydration, protein intake, whole foods)
Then, you’ll track your habits each day inside my private Everfit coaching app. Throughout the month, you’ll also have access to a private community of your fellow challengers to get and give support.
At the end of the month, we celebrate wins, tally points, and reset with a clean slate.

Hey! I’m Karen.
I’m a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach and I help active adults achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through small, sustainable daily actions.
My approach is rooted in science, habit psychology, and real-life experience, including my own journey through developing a healthy relationship with food, beating breast cancer, becoming addicted to strength training, and competing as an athlete in my 40s.
Whether you’re looking to boost performance, upgrade your nutrition, or improve your confidence, I will guide you to create meaningful change and accomplish your goals — one daily habit at a time.

How it works
- Sign up & get acquainted in Everfit before the 1st of the month.
- Choose 1 habit from each of the 3 pillars:
- Movement: e.g., walk 7,000+ steps, do a 15-minute strength workout, or mobility flow
- Mindset: e.g., journal daily, practice breathwork, or avoid screens first 30 minutes of the day
- Nutrition: e.g., eat a protein-rich breakfast, hydrate, or avoid added sugar
- Each day, log your completed habits in the Everfit for Clients app.
- Earn points for consistency, streaks, reflections, and weekly bonus challenges.
- At the end of the 30 days, you’ll see your total score and how far you’ve come!
How to get points
✅ Daily Habit Completion: 1 point per habit (up to 3/day)
🔁 Weekly 100% Streak: 5 bonus points (complete all 3 habits, all 7 days)
✍️ Weekly Reflection: 2 bonus points (submit your check-in form or Everfit message)
📸 Photo Upload: 2 bonus points (e.g., meal, workout, or mindset moment)
💬 Engage with Community: 1 bonus point (comment or participate in group thread)
🎯 Mini Challenge Participation: 2 bonus points (like trying a new habit or hydration blitz)

Schedule a Game Plan Session and we will spend 60 minutes discussing your goals (long-term and short-term) and identifying a customized strategy for achieving those.
